Complete top to bottom home cleaning
Interior and exterior cleaning of kitchen cabinets and drawers
Interior and exterior cleaning of refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, and other appliances
Cleaning and sanitizing of sinks, countertops, backsplashes, and fixtures
Complete bathroom cleaning including toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, and vanities
Dusting of all accessible surfaces, furniture, shelving, and light fixtures
Removal of cobwebs throughout the home
Spot cleaning of walls, doors, door frames, and light switches as needed
Detailed cleaning of baseboards, trim, window sills, and window frames (inside only)
Vacuuming of all carpeted areas (We may shampoo for an upcharge)

Do you remove furniture, belongings, or junk?

No. We specialize in professional cleaning services only. Once personal belongings have been removed from the home, we’ll thoroughly clean the property to prepare it for sale, new occupants, or its next chapter.

How long does an estate cleaning take?

Every home is different. The size of the home, its condition, and the level of detail required all affect the time needed. We require a minimum of 3 days in our schedule to complete the average cleaning. If more days are required we will let you know.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the home, we’re happy to complete the cleaning and communicate with you throughout the process. We will frequently be in and out of the home at any point during the day for multiple reasons including other clients to service, employee breaks, or going to the store for more supplies.

Are you insured?

Yes. Posh Cleaners is fully insured, giving homeowners and professionals peace of mind while we’re working in the home.

Will the same cleaner be at my home?

As Posh Cleaners continues to grow, your service may be completed by the owner Carissa, a trained member of my team, or a combination of both.

What To Expect During Your Quote Appointment:

Every home is unique—and so is every quote.

Our quote appointments are designed to help us understand your home, your goals, and the level of cleaning required. Rather than providing a one size fits all estimate, we take the time to evaluate the property so we can provide an accurate and fair quote.

During your appointment, we’ll assess:

Total square footage of the home
Overall condition of the property
Kitchens, bathrooms, and specialty areas
Interior appliance cleaning requirements
Amount of detail work needed
Accessibility of the home
Any additional services you’d like completed

After the walkthrough, we’ll provide a customized quote based on the scope of work discussed. There is no obligation to book our services following your estimate. Our quotes are given via email after the appointment and will outline the exact scope of work, dates we are available to accomplish your cleaning, estimated timeline of completion, and deposit information to reserve your appointment.

Estate Cleaning Policies

To provide reliable scheduling and exceptional service for every client, we kindly ask that the following policies be reviewed before booking.

Reservation Deposit

A deposit equal to 50% of the quoted service total is required to reserve your appointment.

Your deposit is applied toward your final invoice and secures your scheduled cleaning date.

Appointments are not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Cancellation Policy

More than 48 hours’ notice: Your appointment may be canceled; and the reservation deposit will be refunded in full.
Within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment: The 50% reservation deposit will be forfeited.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or if we are unable to access the property: The full agreed-upon cleaning fee will be due.

Utilities

For us to provide the quality of service our clients expect, all utilities must be active and functioning on the day of service.

This includes:

Electricity
Running water
At least one working sink & toilet must be on the property

If utilities have been disconnected before your scheduled appointment, we may be unable to complete the cleaning and our cancellation policy will apply.

Access to the Property

Please ensure the home is accessible at your scheduled appointment time. If a lockbox, garage code, key, or other access instructions are required, they should be provided before your scheduled service.

If we are unable to enter the property upon arrival, the appointment will be treated as a cancellation.

Personal Belongings

Estate cleanings are performed after personal belongings, furniture intended for removal, and unwanted items have been cleared from the home.

Posh Cleaners does not provide junk removal, moving, or estate liquidation services.
